The project of fast reconstruction of the third ring road in the north of Changshu City is an important component of “One Ring and Three Radiances” fast traffic planning. It also serves as an important carrier of constructing traffic with zero barrier and fast connection with other cities to enhance the capacity of accepting the radiance of Shanghai and being incorporated into Shanghai’s economic circle.
  The construction costs of Project No. S123 (Fast Reconstruction of the Third Ring Road in Changshu City) totaled 1.36 billion yuan. It was checked and accepted at the beginning of 2016 and currently put into operation. This project was elected as “A Safe Construction Site of Jiangsu Province”.
